EV4EU tested V2X Technologies at ElaadNL

Last week EV4EU project researchers Hugo Morais and Guilherme Paraíso from INESC ID, alongside a team from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) had the opportunity to visit the Knowledge and innovation center ElaadNL in the Netherlands. The Danish team, represented by Rasmus Meier Knudsen, Gabriel Fabbri, Kristoffer Pedersen, and Kristian Sevdari, is highly contributing to the research work being developed under the EV4EU project.

ElaadNL is an initiative of the joint Dutch Grid Operators that researches and tests smart and sustainable charging of electric vehicles.

Throughout the visit, the EV4EU team had the opportunity to explore and test various Laboratory equipment and exchange valuable experiences that will be further applied to the project. This included testing the interoperability between different equipment following recent standards such as ISO 15118-20 and then analyzing the performance of charging stations under different operating conditions.

The visit also served as a platform to enhance liaison initiatives and continue the collaborative work between EV4EU and other European projects, namely SCALE Project and FLOW Project, that were also collaborating in the tests..
