On April 20th, the EV4EU project joined the 2024 edition of Técnico Open Day, an annual event hosted by the Lisbon-based University to showcase the school’s facilities, programs, research initiatives, and opportunities to prospective students, parents, and anyone interested in learning more about what Técnico has to offer. This year’s edition was a success with over 2 thousand participants.
EV4EU was part of the event’s “Science Fair”, representing the project at the INESC ID info stand with project researchers Cindy P. Guzman and Larissa Montefusco sharing with visitors an overview of the project, its main goals and latest developments.
Under the title “Electric Vehicles Management for Carbon Neutrality: Discover how Electrical Vehicles can contribute to the fight against climate change”, the EV4EU team focused on explaining how can EV4EU planned solutions, support the massification of electrical vehicles while contributing to the decrease of carbon emissions and global warming to a broader audience.
This was a great opportunity to share EV4EU and INESC ID research work with Técnico’s community and with visitors who were curious about the institution’s activities.
