EV4EU presented at Posvet PIES Conference in Slovenia

On April 19th, EV4EU was represented at the Posvet PIES Conference in Slovenia, by the project researcher at University of Ljubljana (UL), Matej Zajc.

The PIES Conference gathers top IT specialists in the energy sector and serves as a meeting platform for networking, professional advancement, and bringing together key stakeholders in this field.

The EV4EU presentation at the event was focused on ICT challenges in vehicle-to-grid integration within the Slovenian demonstrator. Here are some main highlights:

  • E-mobility and VGI (vehicle-to-grid integration) were presented from an EU research perspective, focusing on Horizon Europe projects within the V2G cluster.
  • Core building blocks of the EV4EU project were presented with a focus on IT and ICT systems and user-centered services.
  • Special attention was devoted to the Slovenian demonstrator focusing on novel ICT infrastructure.
  • Outlining the importance and potential of universities participating in international research projects with the presentation of selected EV4EU University of Ljubljana team activities.
