EV4EU took part in European Mobility Week 2025 in Funchal, Madeira, a week-long initiative (16 – 22 September) organized by the Municipality of Funchal, Portugal.
On 17 September, Hugo Morais, EV4EU coordinator at INESC-ID, presented the project at the conference “A Mobilidade Elétrica: Contributos para a Transição Energética” (“Electric Mobility: Towards the Energy Transition!”). The session was organized within the framework of the Horizon Europe AHEAD Project, in which INESC-ID is an associated partner. The AHEAD project was introduced by Cindy P. Guzman (INESC-ID), a researcher under both AHEAD and EV4EU projects.
The European Mobility Week 2025 is the European Commission’s flagship awareness campaign on sustainable urban mobility. Held every year from 16–22 September, it encourages cities and towns across Europe to promote cleaner, smarter transport choices and raise awareness about sustainable mobility.
