On December 3rd, 2025, EV4EU members from the University of Ljubljana (UL) participated in the “Workshop on Digital Twins for the Energy Transition” organised under the GOTOTWIN Interreg IPA ADRION project at the Jožef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia. During the event, Tim Marentič delivered an invited presentation titled “EV4EU: V2X Potential for Local Grid Flexibility Services.”
His talk highlighted the EV4EU project, with a particular focus on the Slovenian demonstrator’s activities. This included showcasing the development of V2GFlex, a tool created at UL to support vehicle-to-grid flexibility services and enhance EVs flexibility potential estimation.
The workshop offered a platform to share EV4EU progress with a broader scientific and industrial audience. It brought together stakeholders from academia, research, R&D institutions and the energy sector, fostering discussions on how digital twins can accelerate the energy transition.
